She received my B.S. in Social Work and Theater from Skidmore College in 2016, and her Masters of Social Work with honors from New York University's Silver School of Social Work in 2017. Some of her advanced training certificates include Child and Family Therapy (NYU and the Play Therapy Association, 2018), Certificate in Meeting the Needs of Twice Exceptional Children (2e Study Center at The Quad, 2019), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Anxiety and OCD (Anxiety Training and NYC CBT, 2021), Foundational Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) for Children and Adolescents (Cognitive Behavioral Consultants, 2021), and Mindfulness (NYU 2017, Psychotherapy and Spirituality Institute 2022). Julia is SIFI certified and has supervised several MSW interns from NYU. Stephanie is incredibly passionate about the combination of psychotherapy and mind-body practices to assist in regulating our nervous systems. Most recently, Stephanie was a Senior Counselor at The Quad Preparatory School working with Neurodivergent and Twice-Exceptional children. Stephanie received a BA in psychology from Bucknell University in 2017 and a Master of Social Work degree from New York University in 2020. Stephanie holds a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certification from Three Sisters Yoga, is a Certified Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) Provider, is trained in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), and is SIFI certified with experience supervising NYU MSW interns. Stephanie additionally completed a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): 4-day Intensive Certification Training Course and the Alert Program online course in 2025. In her sessions, Stephanie intertwines concepts from Polyvagal Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, interoception work, and executive functioning supports.
